Job Description
- Responsible for the operations & maintenance of all machines. Ensure smooth production & zero breakdown during the shift.
- Ensure repairing of electronic PCBs and other machine components
- Responsible for training & skill development of operators and technician or peers in your team.
- Planning and indenting of spares in advance with the help of your manager.
- Daily reporting of technical issues found and solved during the shift. Also, immediate reporting of any serious issues found in any of the machines.
- Hands on experience on Latest Machine models & makes like Truetzschler, Rieter, Electrojet, KTTM, etc.
Qualification Preferred: B.Tech (Electronics) or Diploma (Electronics)

Job Description
- BLOWROOM- Inspection of Laydown, Laydown Change Monitoring and ensuring MPM is remaining full. Check sorting and waste removing points in machine.
- CARDING- End breakage, cv% in sliver, suction monitoring in waste removing points.
- LAP FORMER- Lap preparation in proper way without lap linking problem. Cross checking at every stage.
- DRAW FRAME- Monitoring end and creel breakage, follow up all work practice system as roll change, joint material fan waste removal etc.
- SPEED FRAME- Studying and monitoring doff breakage of every speed frame and resolve if any technical issue is found.
- RING FRAME- Collect all data from the SMS system as EM time, rough spindle end and full doff breakage, collect unit/kg data. Take round of each machine.
- WINDER- Collect alarms & cut reports daily and take actions if required.
- To maintain and ensure quality control & to check machine cleaning system as per SOP. Check R&D report in shift and act if any abnormality is found in report.
- During shift change time, ensure optimization of manpower and allocation as per requirement, worker hand over to be smoothly done. Take meeting, randomly for health & safety policy, and help in training and development and work practice.
Qualification Preferred: B.Tech (Textile) or Diploma (Textile)

Job Description
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
Qualification Preferred: Any Graduate (from non-army background)
